As in previous years, Galaxy Training Academy is an asynchronous, self-paced global learning event open to participants from all around the world - beginners and advanced learners alike.

If you would like to learn more about data analysis skills in Galaxy, Python programming, Transcriptomics, Microbiome analysis, Genome Assembly, and many other topics, make sure to save the date! Over the course of one week a diverse selection of learning tracks for you are offered.

The course will assume jobs to be run on usegalaxy.eu infrastructure (to enable instructors to examine the error logs and provide help and guidance in the training academy chatroom. However, any Galaxy adapted software packages and workflows of interest can also be added to University of Tartu Galaxy instance, if not already present. For software installation requests contact support@hpc.ut.ee
