Our HPC center is a member of NeIC (Nordic e-Infrastructure Collaboration) with goals of infrastructure development and community competence building equally close to our heart.
Are you writing code and managing data for your research? Do you feel like wasting too much time on manual work? Do you struggle to understand and reuse older code?
Join the CodeRefinery workshop 10-12 and 17-19 September 2024, for free and online.
The workshop covers good coding practices, reproducible research principles, and using Git for collaboration. It consists of streamed lectures and breakout room exercises with team leaders. You may register individually or as a team.
If you have multiple team members participating, we encourage you to organize a “watching party” with coordinated breaks for exercises at your location.
NB! The ones willing to act as a local team leader for the workshop are encouraged to join the onboarding sessions on August, 28th & 30th
Help for software installation is available online on September, 4th & 5th 13:00-14:00, if desired.
